About the founder

Joseph Austin, BSN, RN, CEN

Marine Corps veteran, emergency department charge nurse, and strength-and-conditioning coach.

My career has taken me from military service and overseas security work to emergency nursing, fitness coaching, and veteran rehabilitation. Across those experiences, one lesson has remained constant: preparation matters. Whether you're responding to an emergency, facing a personal challenge, or working toward a goal, the ability to adapt, overcome, and take action can make all the difference.

I created QRF Industries to share practical knowledge and resources for people who want to keep learning, growing, and helping others.
